Lana Garcelon is from English River First Nation, Saskatchewan. Her role as a policy analyst is involved with the Success in the Making project.
Lana has experience working with her own First Nation’s economic development company as well as national and international experience with several Indigenous organizations.
Lana studied law in New Zealand for the past three years and graduated in December 2017 from the University of Waikato with a focus in Indigenous law and rights. She has since returned to Canada and is eager to bring her knowledge and experience to advocate for Indigenous Canada.
