Sophie Lacerte, RGD
Creative Director

Sophie Lacerte joined Canada West Foundation in October 2010. As the Creative Director, she works to provide visual communications for the Foundation.

Sophie has over 15 years of graphic design experience, producing comprehensive visual communications solutions for the non-profit sector. Over the years, she has provided a range of design and consultation services in brand creation, data visualization, corporate communication and publication design. Previously, Sophie was a Design Director at Haughton Brazeau Design Associates in Toronto, where she provided creative and design leadership on several key accounts. She also worked at Pigeon, a leading brand design and communications agency based in Toronto.

Sophie is a certified member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) and RGD Certification Portfolio Evaluator. As a RGD, she advocates for the value of design and promotes industry best practices.

She received a Fine Arts degree prior to graduating with honours from York University with a Bachelor of Design.
