Going for Gold Project
The Going for Gold Project is focused on options for improving western Canada’s, and by extension, Canada’s international economic competitiveness. Work-to-date includes a survey of economic experts, a public opinion survey and a series of papers on key aspects of international economic competitiveness.
We are currently working on a new edition of the popular State of the West report that provides readers with a wealth of information about the region’s demography and economy and two new research papers—one on the green economy and one on trade with China and India.
