As president of Coril Holdings Ltd., a fourth-generation family-owned private investment office, Mike leads the alignment of culture, strategy, governance and capital allocation to build enduring businesses that advance prosperity. His experience spans family enterprise, corporate finance, private and public markets, real estate and corporate innovation. He previously founded Band Capital Partners, Canada’s first corporate venture asset management platform, which helps connect emerging companies with established firms to create practical pathways to adaptable growth. 

Mike is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds the Institute of Corporate Directors, Director (ICD.D) designation. In addition to the Canada West Foundation Board of Directors, Mike serves on the boards of Coril, Loram, One Big Circle and Endeavor Canada. He also actively supports members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) as they transition into civilian careers and encourages industry to work more closely with the CAF to champion Canada’s security, resilience and economic prosperity.
