Ruth Klinkhammer
Communications Director

Ruth Klinkhammer is a communications expert with experience working in the climate science and cleantech sectors. She specializes in developing communication strategies to promote public policy as well as research, development and commercialization of leading-edge technologies. Prior to joining CWF as Director – Communications in 2021, she served in similar leadership roles with Carbon Management Canada and the Arctic Institute of North America where she instituted a program to promote Arctic climate research to global audiences. She’s also managed several research projects and taught public relations, business and technical communications at post-secondaries in BC and Alberta.
