Shareen Ayoub
Director, Strategic Partnerships & Fund Development

Shareen Ayoub is the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Fund Development at the Canada West Foundation. She brings a proven track record of building strategic relationships, securing investment, and convening cross-sector leaders to advance innovation, policy and community impact.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Shareen served as Director of Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at Alberta Innovates. There, she led external engagement strategies, expanded sponsorship programs and oversaw major initiatives, including Inventures — Alberta’s flagship innovation conference attracting 3,000+ participants from over 30 countries.

Her experience spans financial services, digital media and entrepreneurship. She has held senior business development roles at Neo Financial and 8Twelve Mortgage, and is a co-founder of Mo4 Network, a digital agency based in the MENA region. Across these roles, she has consistently helped organizations diversify revenue, engage new partners and drive growth.

At the Canada West Foundation, Shareen leads efforts to deepen donor engagement, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen the resources that support impactful public policy research across the West.
