December is always a time of changeover at the Canada West Foundation. After nine years of exemplary service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Canada West Foundation, including the last two as Chair, Oryssia Lennie has concluded her term. We thank her very much for her time and effort, passion and commitment.
We also wish to thank Theresa Arsenault, Charles Jago, Susan Lewis, and Pat Youzwa for their contributions as members of the Board, as their terms come to an end in December 2019.
Serving on the Board of Directors of the CWF is a generous, volunteer commitment to good public policy for the West, and for Canada – it is both important and much appreciated.
At the same time, we are pleased to announce that Ray Crossley, until now the Vice-Chair for Alberta and Chair of the CWF Audit and Finance Committee, has been elected as the new Chair of the Board. We are also pleased to announce that Suzanne Anton, Riel Bellegarde, Blair Lekstrom, Jack Mintz, Mariette Mulaire, Ron Wallace and James Wilson have all been elected as Directors.
