Foundation for Prosperity rests on the assertion that community infrastructure provides the essential foundation for economic prosperity and quality of life. However, the reality is that current funding arrangements for municipal infrastructure are inadequate—illustrated by the substantial infrastructure debts and deficits. This is a problem that can be fixed in a sustainable way if we can determine the steps that lead to a sustainable solution.
Foundations for Prosperity recognizes the issue at hand and highlights a more detailed operational definition of the problem. It then brings to life a set of tools that can contribute to the construction of a sustainable solution.
