Terry B. Grieve

Mr. Grieve is a retired Chartered Professional Accountant and private equity investment manager. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Grieve was a principal of Ventures West Management Inc., a private, professional venture capital management firm for 15 years, and served on the boards of numerous investee companies in the Ventures West portfolios. Mr. Grieve’s business career also included the positions of Senior Manager in the Peat Marwick Thorne Consulting Group and Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of a Canadian technology company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada and the Nasdaq OTC market in the United States.

Mr. Grieve served on the Board of Directors of the Business Development Bank of Canada from 1996 to 2008, including a period as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. Grieve has been active in the community, having served as Vice­Chair of the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, as well as being a founding member of the Saskatoon Economic Authority Board of Directors. He also served as a Director and National Advisory Committee member of the Parents Resource Institute for Drug Education, for which he was a recipient of The Commemorative Medal for the 125th Anniversary of the Confederation of Canada, bestowed by the Governor General of Canada.
