Ryan Workman joined the Foundation as a policy analyst in 2023. He brings his wide-ranging policy expertise to the organization, with prior experiences working in health, justice and addiction in Canada and the United Kingdom. Organizations that he has worked for include: The Police Foundation, the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners, the City of London, and the BC Ministry of Health. Prior to joining the Foundation Ryan was working as a private consultant, contributing on projects such as the Macdonald Laurier Institute’s article on Youth Futures and the Stanford Network on Addiction Policy’s report profiling addiction in Alberta and British Columbia.
Ryan holds a BASc in General Arts and Science from Quest University Canada, and an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
