The Western Economic Expectations Survey is conducted by the Canada West Foundation and the Western Centre for Economic Research at the University of Alberta School of Business. This is the third edition of the survey, which solicits opinions from economists and financial analysts in the four western Canadian provinces.
In addition to focusing on economic expectations, the Winter 2010 survey explored opinions on both renewable and non-renewable energy sources. The results were split into three separate backgrounders, which were released by the Canada West Foundation in December 2010. The Information Bulletin compiles all of the results.
