Window on the West is a quarterly magazine that focuses on providing a look at life and policy in western Canada. Each issue will communicate new ideas and information and a print version is available as part of the Members and Subscribers program.
The March 2011 issue, Unlocking Western Canada’s Trade Potential, looks at the ghosts of the National Energy Program, climate policy from a different perspective, the potential for water exchange in Alberta’s future and the care for our most valuable assets. In addition, this issue will feature an interview with Honourable David Emerson by Dr. Roger Gibbins.
